The Double Ball rubber connector is a pipe joint composed of an inner rubber layer, a reinforcing layer, a multi-layered rubberized nylon cord fabric, and a rubber tube compounded with an outer rubber layer. Also known as rubber tube soft joints, flexible rubber joints, rubber soft joints, flexible rubber joints, high-pressure rubber joints, rubber shock absorbers, compensators, etc.
The Double Ball rubber connector can reduce vibration and noise, and can compensate for thermal expansion and contraction caused by temperature changes. Installation method：
1. Double ball rubber joints are not allowed to be installed with super-displacement limit during installation.
2. The mounting bolts should be symmetrical and gradually tightened to prevent partial leakage.
3. Working pressure above 3.MPa, the mounting bolts should have elastic pressure pads to prevent the bolts from loosening during operation.
4. When installing vertically, the joint pipe should have vertical force support at both ends, and the anti-pull device can be adopted to prevent the work from being pulled off.
5. The installation position of the double sphere rubber joint should be away from the heat source and ozone area. It is strictly forbidden to expose the radiation and use the medium that does not meet the requirements.
6. Double ball rubber joints are strictly prohibited from scratching the surface and sealing surface during transportation loading and unloading [2].
