Pneumatic butterfly valve：
The pneumatic butterfly valve consists of a pneumatic actuator and a butterfly valve.
The starting actuator is installed above the valve stem of the butterfly valve, and the electromagnetic valve is used to control the rotation of the valve plate to realize the opening and closing of the butterfly valve.
Pneumatic butterfly valve install：
The installation of the pneumatic butterfly valve is good, which will affect the performance of the equipment.
Improper installation or lack of maintenance can cause the performance of the butterfly valve to degrade or even cause unnecessary danger. The user should check and maintain the pneumatic butterfly valve as scheduled.
1. Check the pipeline before installing the butterfly valve to ensure that there are no foreign objects such as welding slag in the pipeline.
2. Check that there are no missing parts of the pneumatic butterfly valve before installation, the model is correct, check the valve body for no debris, no obstruction in the solenoid valve and silencer.
3. Put both the valve and the pneumatic actuator in the closed state.
4. Install the pneumatic actuator correctly on the valve.
5. After the installation is completed, the pneumatic butterfly valve is debugged.
